Digital Signage Solution- Information Display System


I was in a hurry to go out for a sales call; our office fixed line got three rings and stopped. Then after five minutes I have received a call on mobile. This is the same customer who was looking for video conference has asked me to bring some literature for the Information Display system (IDS). We were done with the official meeting and I asked him why it is so important for him to go for IDS at an earlier stage. He replied me that he is in educational segment and he wants that the institute should be updated with the advance technologies and he wants all the required information should be pass on displays, then the rest followed.
I thought why not we should publish it in our Blog, because this may be a need for most of our customers belonging to various segments. We believe, Information is the message which is required to be conveyed from one party to the other. For everything in this world we need information to move on. Information is the important part of our communication. And in talking in this biz era Information plays a vital role. We always stay update ourselves in social media whether it is for stakeholders or Marketing basics. Each organization wants its message to pass the customers as business is meant for them. Hence it is necessary for the companies to convey the message.

What about others? Yes everyone needs to pass the information for a wide range of audience. Even it is govt. public or private company the generation need information to be displayed. Increase in number of smart phones, tabs, laptops and last but not least Internet and Technology has really made us to understand the importance of information and communication. If we will not receive the information on time then we get worry.
What is Information display system? Information display system is a technology which passes the information to all the connected displays from a central location. For ex: flight systems at airport where the information about the flight timings, schedules, etc. keeps on moving and updates regularly and automatically.

In a technical sense the server is connected to all the displays which are required to be displayed at different locations through LAN. Once the information is loaded and scheduled in server then the information will pass on to all displays or to the selected ones. For Ex: One server and five displays are there then it will be.

Hence the information will be passed to the five locations instantly or as scheduled. IDS software will be installed in the server or where the admin functions are available. This is a more useful tool for the organizations to promote their products and pass on to the latest updates internally. The information is passed from the central location which will be supportive for the IT team to handle from one location in an organization. IDS software is helpful to convey the message or information to different locations pushing from one location.

Audio Conference System and Benefits


I believe it is the month of August; I went to meet one of my customers at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. He asked me, is there anything with which we can communicate through ISDN or IP from our conference room. Then it hit me as a food for thought, I planned let’s put it on our blog so that everyone can understand what I have installed there.

Communication has really changed the sessions. It has helped us to reach people over mobile without any movement in physical. We communicate to all the people who are even away from us. There is no barrier for borders as rightly said “World is Flat”. Even sometimes we make a conference call to communicate one or more people. Here the query comes what is Conference for? As well described in Wikipedia that a “conference is a meeting of people who confer about a topic”, it may be in a meeting room or over a mobile.

But what will happen if it is an official meeting to take over in a conference call. It can happen over mobile or in a fixed line too but the query is that whether it will satisfy all the needs required for a Meeting? It cannot cover all the needs for a professional company. But the technology has evolved and now the fixed lines from different service providers are opting for the conference technology. It is good that we have more number of opportunities in hand.

Then, what is an audio conference is all about? It is the same what we are discussing till now. Conference call happening over voice but not through video call is generally known as audio conference. It will happen over PSTN or IP lines only. The highest percentage is for PSTN line in INDIA. If everything is happening over phone then what is the need of an audio conference system. Let’s discuss on this….

An audio conference system is a device which is not only for an audio conference call to happen over IP or PSTN but it has additional features for a professional environment. Video Conference System


In the year of 1996, I went to the telegram office in my home town located at the remote place of Odisha. Just checked with the officer that how much time will it take to deliver a message at Hyderabad, India. After getting the reply from him I thought oh! God we are going great. But after 18 years we are in such a period where we can connect to people in seconds. We are in an era of smart technology where we can connect to people at long distance in seconds. Now we can communicate each other by watching faces such as sitting face to face and having a talk. Projector Selection


Last week, I met one of our customers at Hyderabad for a requirement of Projector. He is very knowledgeable and strong at basics of technology.  He was asking me that there are so many companies offering projectors with different features, How to choose one which is best suitable for their meeting room? I had a good talk with him explaining the key features of the projector and why it suits his need? After installing the projector on Monday I thought this may be a query for other customers too. It is better to make awareness all my customers through our blog where even my colleagues can know about it and they will share or interact with their customers too.
As we are in the era of smart world, most of us carry a smartphone, tab, ipad or laptop. Hence it is become necessity for a projector to be in advance technology. So what to look for in a projector.
1.    Technology: whether the projector is a LCD/DLP technology. Based on your projection hours you have to calculate and proceed further. LCD is an advanced technology than DLP.
2.    Lamp Brightness: Check out the Lumens or the lamp brightness of the projector (For Ex: 2200 lumens or 2600 lumens). As per the brightness you will get picture quality. It gets updated according to the technology.
3.    Contrast ratio: It depends upon on the both technologies DLP and LCD. Based on the technology selection it will differ. But high contrast ratio is really good for picture quality and projection.
4.    Lamp life: Most important parameter of the projector, you have to find out the exact lamp life in hours for the projector not in economy mode. (For Ex: 4000 hrs. and 5000 hrs. on Economy mode). Based on your projection usage you have to calculate for the lamp life.
5.    Zoom and Focus: How much zoom and focus does the projector have? Much is the zoom and focus much is the clarity. Whether the zoom is a digital or manual. Digital can make you relax and by sitting at the corner of the hall you can zoom in and out.
6.    Any patented technology: You should look for any patented technology does the projector have? For Ex: Panasonic have Day light view technology as patented on their name. This may add another feature for your product. This can help you to project even if you have all the lights on your room.
7.    Resolution: You have to check whether the projector have XGA or WXGA resolution compatibility. As the present trend of laptops have these resolutions support only. All the advanced laps have WXGA as their default resolution.
8.    Key stone correction: whether the projector have key stone correction or not and it is auto or manual. This will be helpful for adjusting the screen size and shape.
9.    Connectivity: As discussed earlier we might have laptop, tab or ipad in the room or sometimes it may happen that we do not want any cables to get connected to the projector for presentation. Hence for those conditions you have to check whether the projector have wireless connectivity, USB, VGA 1 &2, DVI-D or I, HDMI, Audio In and Out, LAN and on.
These features are much important for a projector. Whether the projector is going fit over ceiling or on table, depending upon the placing and room dimensions we have to select the projector. Even the only experts can provide you better product with the fitting conditions.
